+ Develops data structures and data pipelines to coordinate, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and address reporting needs.
+ Defines data requirements and captures and validates information, using judgment and statistical tests.+ Applies programming and analytical tools, including open-source programs including Python, R and SAS, SQL Server, Google Big Query, or similar relational database tools to formulate models and/or extract insights.
+ Leveraging Google cloud platform's products and services is preferred. + Knowledge and experience working on LLM, GenAI, VertexAI, PalmAI, and DocAI is a plus.+ Knowledge of crafting algorithms, identifying patterns and insights, sets using graphs, trees and/or other data representation techniques as the need arises.
+ Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive 'data story' to multiple levels of the organization. Is well versed in data visualization and UX techniques that encourage fact-based, productive discussions.+ Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE business units; Designs workflows and procedures.
+ Develops analytics and reporting solutions based on analysis of existing data sources, using a variety of tools (e.g., Plx, Google Looker).

+ Certifications related to Google Cloud are considered a plus but not required. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to optimally present information. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
