    Job Posting Title Business Continuity Analyst Job Description The Business Continuity Specialist is responsible for the ongoing coordination, administration and support of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program that includes plan development, maintenance, testing support, reporting and remediation of known gaps to meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities + Assist business owners develop, implement and/or evaluate business continuity and crisis management plans and procedures + Assist in supporting Prime's Peak Season process (i.e., meeting attendance and facilitation, managing reporting process and communication(s)) + Provide business area support, project leadership and guidance to ensure BCM requirements are understood and appropriately executed across the enterprise + Assist in the development of policies, procedures and systems required for coordinating, maintaining and enhancing the overall Business Continuity Plans, Procedures and Mission + Assist in the BCM related business risk assessments and business impact analysis; report results on the Business Continuity Plans + Assist in supporting the state of emergency member dynamic Prior Authorization (dPA) process (i.e., monitor process, dPA submission, communication) + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, IT or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required + 2 years of work experience in business continuity + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Strong communication skills + Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills + Ability to interface and work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations + Strong interpersonal skills including team leadership, conflict resolution, listening and leading meetings with various leaders in the organization + Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates + Self-motivated, self-directed + PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
