- 7+ years of total expeirence, including 3-5 years of experience leading and driving projects to completion, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of analysts.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex models, manipulate large datasets, and generate ad hoc reports efficiently to support decision making processes.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency within one of our operational departments.
As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics to improve financial performance, streamline operations, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
You will be the key business partner for senior leadership which requires heavy collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and a deep understanding of their data.
You will need to function with all 4 pillars of analytics including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive. Additionally, you may have direct reports that require direction and leadership.Responsibilities:
