    Advanced is looking for an experienced Project Manager to supervise project plans and oversee general contractors to ensure their work is high-quality, finished efficiently, and within the predetermined budget. Job seekers should love to problem-solve, delegate effectively, and have excellent communication skills. If you're looking for a role where you can produce a successful project from beginning to end, this is the job for you.

    Responsibilities
    • Tracking labor budgets along with monitoring corresponding schedules
    • Arranging and orchestrating crews and subcontractors
    • Proficient in writing estimates
    • Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
    • Reporting progress to clients
    • Explaining contract and technical matters in a clear manner
    • Preparing budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and timelines
    Requirements

    Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Project Management
    • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
    • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
    • Understanding of Xactimate software a plus
    • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Valid driving license is required along with a safe driving record

    $75,000 - $120,000 yearly
