Position: Commercial Construction Project Manager
A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of a construction project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
The PM acts as a leader, fostering collaboration among project team members to serve the interests of the business and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain adherence to safety standards
- Create and manage project budgets
- Develop preconstruction RFP package
- Conduct project meetings and formulate owner reports
- Manage project scheduling and quality control
- Supervise assistant roles
- Collaborate with project superintendent
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Preferably, a 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Previous experience in project management
- Proficiency in relevant software systems
Base Salary Range: $106,000 - $145,200.00
