**Your Mission**
As an Inside Sales Manager at SADA, you will:
Manage the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) on objectives and performance achievement
Monitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation
Shape and implement ISR strategy and processes
Stay abreast of and coach ISRs on best practices
Serve as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the SADA organization
Report to Senior Management on operational and financial KPIs
Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performance
Recruit, interview, and onboard new Team Members
Conduct weekly 1:1s with each ISR
Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance

**Expectations**
Required Travel - 30% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events. **Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, travel has been temporarily restricted.**
Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared. **Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all onboarding will be temporarily conducted remotely.**
**Job Requirements**
Required Qualifications:
2+ years experience as ISR/BDR (Business Development Representative) AND 2+ years of ISR management experience. Strong preference for OUTBOUND experience, not just handling inbound leads.
Track-record of success managing a high performing inside sales team
Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
Expert communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
Analytical mindset comfortable with generating reports and identifying trends in data
Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies
