• Developed monthly OpEx & CapEx forecasts for the Executive department’s 13 division budgets (totaling $45M) and 9 capital project budgets (totaling $127M), maintaining monthly forecast to actual accuracy of 18% (on average) for FY 2021. Prepared, distributed, and presented monthly variance commentaries to the FP&A team and Executive department, providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Worked with Executive department partners to carry-out FY 2021 yearend fiscal activities, ensuring actions taken followed ST board and WA state legal and budgetary regulations and obligations.
• Designed and executed baseline audit of FTE data between current and future CPM software. Employed accounting and investigative skills to uncover inconsistencies. Collaborated with IT and CPM vendor to identify and correct errors in coding, improving data accuracy from baseline by 30%.
