About Nicole Virtue:

Nicole has a BA in Psychology and is a Certified Life Coach through Martha Beck, Inc. She is ACC certified with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Certified, Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator through PAUSE. Within her private practice, she helps people understand what is holding them back and together work on removing those obstacles through thought-based exercises and somatic work. Professionally she also has over a decade of experience in hospitality leadership and management and loves working with individuals to improve their communication in these roles. She understands the perspective from both manager and employee positions and knows how crucial effective communication is to the success of all.
