Experience in real estate related fields such as title, mortgage or real estate sales is beneficial but not a requirement.
This is a critical, hybrid role supporting our marketing team, and executive staff in driving new business, seeking new leads, delivering presentations, following up and closing new clients.
This position is based in Denver, CO.Who you are:
In this role, you should be highly motivated, organized, possess excellent presentation skills and a desire to grow your income through results.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identify and communicate with potential clients
Learn and understand our technology
Deliver live zoom sales presentations.
Identify and implement sales processes and new strategies
Follow up and close sales leads
Work closely with the marketing team in connecting with inbound leads, securing sales presentations, follow up and close .
Identify and communicate with hot inbound leads, warm sideline leads and cold lead generation.
Work on new lead generation strategies with marketing team
Field inbound leads and schedule demonstrations.
Skills and Requirements:
2-5 years of inside sales experience.
1-3 years experience in a real estate related field. Preferred not required
CRM.
Online presentation experience. (Zoom, Teams)
Experience with Apple software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Be able to work independently and make independent decisions.
Possess the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with personnel and customers.
Have a high level of attention to detail.
Positive and collaborative spirit.

$60, $80,000.00 per year
plus commissions. No cap on commission
