    The Opportunity

    Breakthrough Broker has become a top player in the residential brokerage technology space. We intend to grow this market space exponentially in months and years to come. We are looking for an experienced, passionate business development/sales pro to take us to the next level. There is room for growth as we look to expand this sales team in the year to come. We are wholly owned subsidiary a fortune 300 company with plenty of growth opportunities. Experience in real estate related fields such as title, mortgage or real estate sales is beneficial but not a requirement. This is a critical, hybrid role supporting our marketing team, and executive staff in driving new business, seeking new leads, delivering presentations, following up and closing new clients. This position is based in Denver, CO.

    In this role, you should be highly motivated, organized, possess excellent presentation skills and a desire to grow your income through results. Time management skills and the ability to work and learn independently. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Identify and communicate with potential clients
    • Learn and understand our technology
    • Deliver live zoom sales presentations.
    • Identify and implement sales processes and new strategies
    • Follow up and close sales leads
    • Work closely with the marketing team in connecting with inbound leads, securing sales presentations, follow up and close .
    • Identify and communicate with hot inbound leads, warm sideline leads and cold lead generation.
    • Work on new lead generation strategies with marketing team
    • Field inbound leads and schedule demonstrations.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of inside sales experience.
    • 1-3 years experience in a real estate related field. Preferred not required
    • CRM.
    • Online presentation experience. (Zoom, Teams)
    • Experience with Apple software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Possess excellent organizational skills.
    • Be able to work independently and make independent decisions.
    • Possess the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with personnel and customers.
    • Have a high level of attention to detail..
    • Positive and collaborative spirit.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $60, $80,000.00 per year plus commissions. No cap on commission
