Your tasks at Shaw Heights, CO will include:

Training Specialist:

  • Being the main contact for implementing personal development programs (such as soft skills training, leadership development, and agile culture training) and providing advice to internal clients (HR business partners, employees, and managers) regarding training management
  • Independently organizing seminars and managing participants, including pre and postevent tasks, feedback evaluations, liaising with internal and external training partners and speakers, and coordinating with the central HR organization in Germany
  • Assisting with planning the training portfolio, selecting training providers, coordinating training content and costs
  • Creating, maintaining, and evaluating training offerings and seminar calendars in digital form, as well as in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Preparing presentations on new trends in the training sector (e.g. hybrid work, blended learning, etc.)

Apprenticeship Support Specialist:

  • Assisting with the execution of vocational training and supporting apprentices/dual students, particularly in the IT and software field
  • Providing administrative support for recruiting and maintaining data for apprentices/dual students and interns
  • Collaborating on the preparation, execution, and followup of various events (e.g. Future Day) and marketing activities (trade fairs, etc.)

HR Communication Specialist:

  • Creating and writing blog posts, articles, and presentations for various internal and external media, maintaining the intranet presence in coordination with HR and apprenticeship management

Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in IT, technical, or commercial
