For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) for Dispatch

The Company:


GO Express & Logistics is the largest independent courier and express network in Germany with over 100 stations in Europe and a global partner network.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for you to support our team in dispatch.


As an employee (m/f/d) for dispatch, you will ensure the smooth running of our operational organization and tour planning for our courier drivers, among other exciting tasks.

This makes you an important part of our company processes and contributes significantly to our company's success.


Your tasks:

  • Tour planning
  • Dispatch of drivers
  • Communication with couriers and customers
  • Receiving and processing complaints

Our requirements:

  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and confident appearance
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of the city (Berlin)
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Office
  • Willingness to work early shifts, late shifts, and possibly Saturdays
