Dynamic internal medicine and allergology practice in Cologne Lindenthal is looking for a medical assistant (full-time or part-time)

Your tasks:

  • All tasks at the reception, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, issuing prescriptions and referrals, etc.
  • All practicerelated technical examinations, such as conducting allergy tests, taking lab samples, performing lung function tests, EKGs, stress tests, etc.
  • Training of equivalent colleagues in new work processes.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training as a medical assistant or medical office assistant.
  • Open, friendly personality, patientoriented work and confident demeanor.
  • Good computer skills (preferably in the practice software Duria2 and MS Office)
  • Proficient in German (English skills are also welcome)
  • Team and communication skills
  • Flexibility for covering shifts
  • Willingness to work some afternoons
