    Fiola Miami, located in Coral Gables is seeking a General Manager. Fiola Miami features an elegant space, contemporaty Italian cuisine and an award wining wine list.

    **Key Qualifications:**

    Makes employment and termination decisions.

    Conducts daily restaurant inspections.

    Ensures restaurant is set-up according to floor plans and layout standards.

    Ensures service stations are set-up and stocked according to layout standards.

    Ensures all stocked perishables have been labeled and stored as per DOH regulations.

    Ensures items and products at the bar are arranged as per display standards.

    Takes a proactive role in improving bar display.

    Ensures all Opening Duties have been completed by service team prior to pre-shift briefings.

    Conducts pre-shift briefings and covers relevant information pertaining to restaurant guests, foods & beverages, and restaurant operations.

    Performs guest service to the highest standard.

    Monitors guest service standards during service.

    Monitors quality-control standards during service.

    Ensures correct cash-handling procedures are met and maintained.

    Conducts all required Opening, Side-Work, Hand-Over and Closing Duties as outlined by Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants.

    Monitors and ensures all FOH Opening , Side-Work, Guest Service, and Closing Duties are consistently and correctly followed.

    Performs additional tasks at the direction of management.

    **General Manager Qualifications:**

    Minimum of 3 years of Management experience in a fine dining restaurant, exp. with high volume a plus

    Confident financial acumen - having the ability to read and interpret financial statements

    Finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution

    Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

    Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant

    Previous experience with Italian or Spanish restaurants a plus

    Full time flexibility and availability to work
