    Great New Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our wonderful team. The Building Services Coordinator will perform necessary maintenance tasks at the facility, as well as overseeing the Housekeeping Team. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines. Duties may also include driving a transport van.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical
    • Experience managing and tracking a budget strongly preferred
    • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    • Must have a clean driving record and IL driver's license
    • Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
