    Day to day:

    This candidate will assist in the administrative and hospitality aspects of the office. This includes assisting with handling the setup, tear down, and cleaning of catered meals. Maintain coffee areas and dishwasher. Setup afternoon snacks. Assist with other administrative tasks in the office, including front desk responsibilities. This position executes small scale office activities and provides hands on day-to-day support to ensure the location is running efficiently. May be asked to interact with building management, vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other Enterprise Support Services team members. Responsible, in tandem with the Location Services Supervisor, to ensure the location is safe, well-maintained, and clean. This position ensures the office equipment and supplies including furniture, phones, security cards and supplies are maintained. This position will actively contribute to the firm's culture through participation in internal and client facing activities that enhance the company experience.

    Must Haves:

    • Highschool diploma or GED
    • Strong communication skills
    • Customer service mindset
