    Description

    Position Summary: As the Pharma Commercial Data Management Lead at Chryselys, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our MDM and data management practice within the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the client relationships, successful delivery of client projects, and overall capabilities development. Your expertise in pharmaceutical data management, industry knowledge, and leadership skills will be critical in shaping our services and offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Commercial Data and MDM strategy and implementation:

    · With a strong background and experience in industry-standard datasets such as IQVIA symphony, etc., for US and other data outside US, e.g. EU, you will lead data strategy and implementation for Data Management and MDM solutions for our clients

    · With a strong background in pharma Data warehouse/Data Lake implementations along with MDM capabilities in Reltio, etc, you will be involved in solution design and implementation for our clients at global levels

    · Extensive experience in Master data and Data quality solutions

    · Experience with AWS native services for Data transformation, integrations with Mulesoft are important for the role

    2. Client Engagement:

    · Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    · Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored data management solutions that address their business challenges, utilizing your deep industry knowledge.

    · Project Oversight: Provide leadership and oversight on client projects to ensure successful delivery, on-time completion, and adherence to quality standards.

    3. Thought Leadership:

    · Industry Expertise: Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and data management practices, and share this knowledge within the practice and with clients.

    · Market Insights: Provide insights into market opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged by clients.

    · Strong Data Management/MDM experience: Extensive experience in leading engagement involving tools such as Reltio, Mulesoft etc.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).

    · Proven experience in pharmaceutical commercial data management, with a successful track record in consulting or a similar role.

    · Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

    · Leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performance teams.

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    · Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

    · Business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Relevant certifications in data management or consulting (e.g., PMP, CDMP).

    · Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization, and machine learning.

    · Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

    · Established network and relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.
