    Position Overview:


    As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and delivering tailored benefits solutions.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs that align with clients' business objectives and promote employee well-being.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their unique needs and objectives.
    Collaborate with internal teams, underwriting, and compliance, to develop customized employee benefits proposals.
    Conduct thorough analyses of client benefits programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency.
    Present benefits offerings to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of various solutions.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
    Act as a strategic consultant, providing recommendations on benefits strategies that align with clients' business goals.
    Monitor the success and engagement of implemented benefits programs, making adjustments as needed.
    Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and workshops to expand your knowledge and professional network.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Minimum of seven years of experience in employee benefits consulting, account management, or a related role.
    Strong understanding of employee benefits products, insurance options, and industry regulations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients.
    Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
