    Our client company is seeking two individuals with a background in interior design and a passion for sales to market cutting-edge acoustic panels to architectural and design firms, as well as construction companies in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

    The ideal candidates will have up to 10 years of experience, with a proven track record of sales success, particularly in the commercial sector.

    Essential requirements include existing contacts with architects in the Dallas Fort Worth area and familiarity with interior design firms. Experience in construction and commercial building finish-outs is highly preferred.

    Responsibilities include leveraging product and industry knowledge to provide consultative sales support, identifying and converting prospective clients, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

    Candidates must possess the ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings, understand construction bid processes, and meet monthly KPIs. Base pay $70,000 to $80,000 plus generous commission plan. Realistic earnings of $120,000 plus first year. Please call Eric Oglesby at
