    Our Client company is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that has experience in selling business to business janitorial supplies, office supplies, electrical, or industrial supplies.

    The successful applicant would be able to:

    • Prospect, qualify and close new business
    • Be able to work closely with prospects and customers to build a relationship, understand business needs and convert to new business.
    • Conduct daily customer and prospect outreach, both face to face and over the phone to build a strong book of business
    • Demonstrate a mastery of time and management skills. Will have to learn to be a master in ourCRM system and proficient at the creation and execution of strategic account and customer plans
    • Collaborate with customer and company's marketing teams to develop and to develop marketing strategies in order to drive sales
    • Lead pricing efforts and be accountable for sales growth
    • Indirect accountability of 3rd party manufacturer's representatives
    • Use a CRM sales system effectively , very strong computer skills, but not limited to Microsoft office
    • Have an understanding of business to business online selling, experience or understanding of working with customers who sell products online through their own website and/or online marketplaces.
    • Be a Self Starter
    Qualifications


    Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in a business to business environment.

    Must have experience in selling business to business . Be able to travel five to eight weeks per year Must have a Bachelors Degree.
