    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Identify and qualify business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain sales contactsFollow up on sales/project leadsEstablish long-term, on-going relationships with clientsMeeting established revenue and profit goalsPrepare client proposals and estimatesRespond to RFQ'sLead Project Management Team for projects soldQualifications:Engineering degree BSME Preferred5+ Years Project Management Experience within Construction5+ Years Professional Sales Experience within HVAC-MEP5+ Years Design/Build Construction ExperienceStrong presentation, oral and written communication, organization and time management skillsSelf motivated and results orientedProficient on MS Office SuiteAttention to DetailBe able to multi-taskAbility to problem solveTeam PlayerFlexibleAble to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional Competencies NeededBe passionateCustomer focused approachDedicated to a job well doneBe professionalExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizationBe a problem solverAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage multiple responsibilities concurrentlyAble to creatively use skills and resources to get the job doneBe a partnerTeam playerCollaborativeBe a performerFlexibleDoes what is right, even if it's not easyAsks questionsAir Systems Inc.

    Salary Range from $160,000.00 to $170,000.00California is an "At Will" state.

    Employment with Air Systems an EMCOR Company is not for a specific term and it can be terminated by either the employee or Air Systems an EMCOR Company, with or without cause, and with or without notice at any time.
