I have contributed to several projects that have made a significant impact in various industries. At NETGEAR in 2021, I improved Meural native app features, resulting in a 68% increase in customer content migration to the cloud. In 2019 at Cisco, I was the lead designer of a Telehealth pilot product that successfully transitioned into a fully-fledged product and made a significant impact in the healthcare industry. Finally, in 2017 at eBay, I led the design of eBay's first shopping cart feature, streamlining the buying process for millions of shoppers. 

My journey is rooted in Visual and Interaction Design and has evolved to include the holistic aspects of UX and Product Design. I utilize UX Research and User Testing to inform and validate my designs. I am detail-oriented and take pride in my craft and execution.
