Saakshi Jamwal

Hi, I'm Saakshi Jamwal and I'm currently a graduate student majoring in Information Systems at San Diego State University. I have a work experience as a Web solutions Specialist at NewFold Digital. I was involved in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of Domains, Websites and Email issues. My undergraduate and post graduate diploma degree has laid a strong foundation and developed my analytical and problem solving prowess. My degrees in the field of Information Technology has provided me with the basic knowledge of coding, including C++, Python, Java, and R.

I Diagnosed, troubleshooted and resolved a wide range of domains, hosting, websites, Google workspace and Business email issues on chats, calls and tickets.
I created team metrics dashboard on Salesforce and ensured hosted websites on all servers are fully functional as intended across all browsers.

I'm currently  an Information Systems graduate student. My subjects include - Statistical Analysis, Enterprise Database management, Business System analysis and Design and Supply chain management, Object Oriented programming (Python), Business Analytics an d Time Series and forecasting. My course is a combination of Business and Technology.
