I am an experienced Product Manager who has worked in the technology industry for over 7 years. I began my career at Parallel Minds Technology Solutions, where I gained experience working with clients to consolidate business requirements and architecting mobile applications using Objective-C and Xcode. Since this organization was a startup, I was fortunate to learn a lot of things by directly involving in almost everything (For example- From requirement gathering, writing my own user stories, meeting with dev, and stakeholders, mitigating the risk, documenting as needed).

In 2015, I joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Technology Analyst, where I conducted user research on the CRAFT framework and leveraged insights to introduce over 10 new capabilities. I designed user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and reduced defects by 8%, while also building business cases, BRDs, FRDs, and test scenario execution using a tools requirement traceability matrix. I developed a Page Object Model that increased the reusability of code by 28%, having a hybrid-driven framework. I executed and maintained Test Plans with metrics for UAT, Sanity, Smoke, and Regression.

In 2018, I joined Capgemini Technology Solutions as an Associate Product Manager, where I managed a team of 13 individuals and led the implementation of strategic plans, objectives, design, documentation, and analysis using SDLC methodology. I collaborated with the team to gather business requirements and mockup designs, and demonstrated the features to stakeholders, resulting in the successful adoption of 10+ key features and increased stakeholder satisfaction by 30%. I effectively communicated product vision and teamed up with the project to prioritize features, performed scrum ceremonies, ensured accurate product specifications, and successfully delivered 430+ user stories. I'm a graduate student majoring in Engineering Management. I studied system design, Principles of EM, and Project and Product Management. I'll graduate in the Spring May 2023.
