I have experience working as a data engineer in monitoring data pipelines in Power BI with relevant documented business metadata information and developing root cause reports to analyze the efficiency of data pipelines. In addition, I have assisted in defining changes in procedures for deploying code changes in production to improve the operational efficiency of workflow processes and monitored a ServiceNow tracking system application by documenting customer issues for compliance to prevent SLA breaches. Moreover, I develop interactive websites and create engaging content that ensures high traffic, page views and user experience. Additionally, I have experience as an accounting intern in developing standardized templates in Excel to improve the data collection process and examining the month-end reconciliation of accounting records to resolve discrepancies.
