This company is based here in Austin and the role would be onsite.WHO YOU ARE :
You are a Finance focused individual who haves experience in the investment space and wants to get in with a rapidly growing company.
You enjoy the real estate investment world and have a proven track record of deal analysis, due diligence, structured finance and corporate FP&A experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be responsible for a mixture of structured finance and FP&A.
Your focus will be due diligence, investor reporting, debt covenants, preparing and approving term sheets, contract pricing & review, market analysis and working with internal and external investors and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for bottoms up analysis as well as forecasting, budgeting, modeling and planning.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing structured and corporate Finance
Investor, lender and stakeholder reporting
Investment due diligence
Work directly with the firm's founders and executive team on business strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent; MBA or CPA is a plus
7+ years of experience with at least 4 in the real estate or PE/VC space
Expert in financial modeling with a strong attention to detail
Experience with underwriting, contract review, deal review and investor reporting
