Job Title:
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Analyst

This role will support maintaining consistency and quality in the procurement process, aim to reduce spend across the organization, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sourcing strategies for specific spend categories
Build and sustain relationships with key vendors
Demonstrate best practices in supplier relationship management
Collaborate with FP&A and stakeholders to set savings targets
Analyze total cost/supply to identify cost-saving opportunities
Act as a business partner to key stakeholders
Lead supplier engagement processes including negotiations
Conduct clear and structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process
Manage contract database and Procurement sourcing tools
Establish procurement performance measures to demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance

This role does not involve managing other personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.

Applicants must possess:

Strong communication and leadership skills
Decision-making abilities based on cost/financial analysis
Proven negotiation skills and building vendor relationships
Knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic alliances, and market analysis
Experience in external market analysis

No travel is required.

WFH available;
must be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week.
