- Drive Product Messaging and Positioning:
- Develop and refine technical and business-level messaging for internal and external audiences, articulating the value proposition of Leaf Agriculture's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Product Communication Strategy Development:
- Partner with product development and engineering teams throughout the product development cycle to define communication strategies for new products and releases.
- Create comprehensive communication plans outlining key messaging, target audiences, channels, and timelines.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all touchpoints.
- Marketing Content Creation and Publication:
- Lead the creation and publication of various marketing materials, including technical blog posts, release notes, case studies, and webinars, to highlight product features and benefits.
- Develop compelling sales enablement collateral such as sell sheets, slide decks, and whitepapers to support the sales team in driving product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and customer success stories for use in marketing materials.
- Customer Engagement and Marketing Campaigns:
- Spearhead customer marketing efforts, including digital (webinars) and in-person events, to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.
- Plan and execute dedicated marketing campaigns to promote product launches, new features, and special offers, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall customer engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) required, Master's/MBA a plus. Relevant fields of study include Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in product marketing roles in the enterprise software (B2B SaaS) space.
- Solid understanding of product marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with the product management process and its relationship with product marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools.
- Experience working with B2B software (ideally global) companies, understanding the dynamics and customer journey in enterprise software companies.
- Technical fluency and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
- Proven ability to craft engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, slide decks, videos, etc.
- Tenacious self-starter with initiative and strong communication and collaboration skills.
