    Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products.

    The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

    Your Role:
    We are seeking an experienced marketer to join our Category Marketing Team.

    As a member of the Category Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Baby Category.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead project management efforts for the innovation pipeline within the Baby category.
    Conduct comprehensive consumer research to gain insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and purchasing behaviors.

    Lead the development of product claims for the baby category, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, consumer insights and regulatory requirements.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform innovation pipeline.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product design, finance, market insights, and sales.


    Required Qualifications:

    • 5 years of product marketing & strategy experience
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    Experience in project management and product innovation within the consumer goods industry.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
