    Description

    Sr. Marketing Manager

    Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid schedule)

    Pay: up to $48 per hour DOE

    Planet Interactive is in search of a Senior Marketing Manager with over 7 years of experience working in-house for a pharmaceutical organization or agency. This is a 6-month contract starting in June 2024.

    Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Manager:

    • Engage proactively to implement brand ambassador program, handle influencer collaborations, create marketing assets including video content, manage participation in key events, and internal functions.
    • Develop innovative messaging strategies and marketing tools to support regenerative strategy and product milestones.
    • Manage influencer partnerships, collaborate closely with agencies and stakeholders for content creation.
    • Analyze competitors in the market landscape to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
    • Utilize insights from competitive analysis to shape marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with Global Legal and regional teams for trademark protection and registration.
    • Ensure effective allocation of marketing resources to meet business goals and drive profitability.

    Required Qualifications for Senior Marketing Manager:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred)
    • Minimum of 7 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or medical device industry, ideally in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
    • Proven marketing expertise, including brand management, creative campaign development, strong customer understanding, and competitor analysis skills.
    • Experience in budget management and vendor relations.
    • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering reliable outcomes.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in various marketing areas with operational and strategic experience.
