Responsibilities
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
Policy Review: Conduct thorough policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage for their needs.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate client risks and recommend suitable insurance products to mitigate potential liabilities.
Renewals and Upgrades: Assist clients with policy renewals and suggest upgrades or modifications as needed.
Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of any issues.
Requirements
Licensing: Illinois Property & Casualty License required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Client-Focused: Dedication to providing exceptional service and meeting client expectations
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate client records
Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team environment
