  • As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you'll be the heart of our customer relationships. Your main task is to strengthen existing connections and establish new ones, in order to build sustainable partnerships. You'll identify and realize business opportunities, and contribute to our company's growth.
  • Customer retention - You'll regularly support existing and new customers, in order to develop a trusting and long-term partnership.
  • Business development - Through effective planning and thorough preparation, you'll lead convincing customer conversations and provide advice on our product portfolio, innovations, and services.
  • Proposal management - Together with our inside sales team, you'll create and manage proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Budget responsibility - In coordination with your supervisor, you'll plan and manage the budget for your customer base.
