    Job Requirements

    You have a serious passion for early talent and for delivering a phenomenal candidate experience.
    You are a natural project manager – at ease with lots of initiatives going on at once.
    You are a data pro - you use it to help you tell your story and advise your stakeholders.
    You question the status-quo – always looking for ways to improve upon the current state.

    You can think big picture, but you also do not miss any of the little details that can make a big difference.

    You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy being task oriented.
    You are strong communicator and comfortable working with internal and external groups.
    You have a minimum of 1-year work experience in Early Talent Campus Recruiting and/or Early Talent Recruiting Coordinating.

    Other Preferred Job Requirements

    You are experienced with high volume recruiting for interns and co-ops.
    You have coordinated and executed go-to campus recruiting activities to best engage a diverse candidate pipeline (school job boards, career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, affinity groups, hack-a-thons etc.)

    You work with target school and diversity organization contacts to align early talent recruiting efforts with business objectives and to identify the best opportunities to expand our presence and branding on-campus.

    You embrace new technology and constantly look for ways to automate processes.
    You feel comfortable navigating an ATS (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office Products and other recruiting tools.

    This role will be a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA office .
