    Description

    What You'll Be Responsible For:

    Sourcing and Attraction:
    Utilize digital platforms, social media channels, and digital advertisement to bolster and maintain a swift and in-depth candidate experience.
    Brainstorm and collaborate with the Recruiting Team to continuously improve the hiring process through effective, incremental revisions.

    Analyze, critique, and report all data points from the initial hiring process through a candidate's life cycle with the company.


    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
    Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
    Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization positively to external candidates and stakeholders.
    Assist the company in attracting and retaining the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
    Address challenging roles, delays, and potential issues/risks to the team for additional support and awareness.


    Recruitment Process Management:
    Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.
    Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
    Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria.

    Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected.

    Schedule interviews and travel arrangements as needed (virtual, in person and remote).


    What You'll Need to Have:
    Bachelor's degree preferred; or Associate degree, with 3-5 years in a Talent Acquisition role.
