About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique inhouse executive search team fully dedicated to senior hires and succession planning. Reporting into the Global Head of Executive Hiring, the Executive Researcher focuses on supporting C-Suite hiring at Haleon across multiple regions and job functions. In this role you will be working closely with Executive Search Leads, Haleon Executive Team members and senior HR Leaders supporting identifying and engaging talent for some of most senior and critical roles across our organization. You will also develop comparative industry knowledge, provide critical competitive intelligence, and market insights to support future succession planning.


Key Accountabilities:
Leverage research and market mapping techniques to map appropriate external talent Provide market intelligence to the team to ensure that the Global Executive Search Team are up to date with movements within CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)/ FMCG leadership roles Develop insight reports that support the presentation of market mapping, longlist and shortlist presentation. Identify highly networked individuals inside and outside Haleon who can provide market intelligence and recommendations as appropriate About you:
  • Experience in either a search firm as a researcher or internal direct
  • sourcing recruitment function, along with specific experience in sourcing key talent within CPG/FMCG sector
Demonstrable experience as a Talent Researcher supporting Csuite hiring. Ideally, at a global level and across a range of functions Excellent research experience, designing thorough sourcing strategies utilising advanced techniques and tools along with all appropriate social media and digital technologies, both for search and advertising; Capable of managing a challenging and complex workload in an efficient and effective manner Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage comfortably with both internal senior business leaders and external senior key talent Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert._
