Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility is looking for Manufacturing Process Technicians to support the brand new product line, in response to the increased market demand. Responsibilities include loading materials, completing batch records electronically, logging entries, documenting work orders, performing process checks for quality assurance, and managing batch packaging records. Individuals must have a tech-savvy mindset and a focus on process improvement. In case of recurring issues, they should not only report them but also contribute to finding solutions.
This is a great starting opportunity open to individuals from various backgrounds such as child care, automotive, and office spaces. The ideal candidate should be eager to enter the pharmaceutical industry and comprehend the manufacturing environment. The role goes beyond pushing buttons, requiring strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and willingness to suggest process enhancements. Additionally, technical proficiency is crucial given the electronic nature of all documentation.
