- Utilize digital platforms, social media channels, and digital advertisement to bolster and maintain a swift and in-depth candidate experience.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the Recruiting Team to continuously improve the hiring process through effective, incremental revisions.
- Analyze, critique, and report all data points from the initial hiring process through a candidates life cycle with the company.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization positively to external candidates and stakeholders.
- Assist the company in attracting and retaining the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Address challenging roles, delays, and potential issues/risks to the team for additional support and awareness.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria.
- Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected.
- Schedule interviews and travel arrangements as needed (virtual, in person and remote).
