Responsibilities You are excited to...

  • Support the relevant HR processes, starting with pre- and onboarding, throughout the entire employee lifecycle in the company
  • Coordinate and accompany the recruiting process from job posting to hiring and attract talents for our company
  • Assist the Head of HR in contract negotiations and other HR matters
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and support the development of excellent HR work in collaboration with the existing team
  • Participate in various HR projects and shape the workplace of tomorrow
  • Identify the development needs of our employees in close cooperation with the Head of HR and department managers, conduct needs analyses, and prepare individual development plans
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training events and collaborate with external trainers and educational institutions

Profile What you bring to the table

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and a specialized degree as a personnel specialist or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of
