- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee relations issues professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with functional managers to deliver high-quality HR services and programs.
- Perform office administrative tasks and other special assignments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, California employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
