Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial services, and regulatory reporting.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the financial success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and governmental accounting standards
Supervise accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, and financial auditing processes
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred
Proven experience in accounting, including regulatory reporting and general ledger reconciliation
Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software
Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
