I provided ongoing training and best practices to customers for building campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and identified and managed risk for the client base.

My strong negotiation, problem-solving, and training skills, coupled with my proficiency in various software platforms including Salesforce, Gong, and Jira, would allow me to effectively address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
