    Business Engagement Strategies Job Summary:

    JOB SUMMARY Develops and coordinates the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies under occasional guidance. Analyzes background information, data, and statistics of various marketing strategies. Coordinates development of promotional activities and events to support program and/or outreach goals and objectives. .

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Implements and manages marketing automation programs and digital and traditional campaigns, including email, marketing automation, digital search, display and social media campaigns, advertising, out-of-home, print collateral for assigned areas.

    * Monitors effectiveness of marketing tactics through tracking patient visits, marketing analytics and financial reports. * Monitors, researches, and analyzes political, legal, and regulatory environment affecting areas of responsibility.

    Conducts regular analysis of competitive landscape, including cost and pricing analysis of existing and proposed services, and competitive pricing and reimbursement.

    * Production responsibilities to include executing projects, proofreading and creating/ maintaining status reports.

    Coordinate daily tasks with clients, internal departments & outside vendors to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans, events, PR initiatives and programs.

    Provide tactical support as needed and coordinate with multiple departments including Clinical staff, Operations, Production, Digital Marketing to execute Marketing Plans.

    Compile and manage project timelines and task lists. Copywriting and proofreading marketing materials for messaging, accuracy and brand consistency and managing stakeholder approvals. * Builds and maintains positive relationships. * Supports projects lead by peers and may supervise a support staff. * The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES * System Knowledge (Intermediate):

    Knowledge of the operation and support of the system from the standpoint of computer operations, network operations, and/or technical support.

    * Documentation & Writing Skills (Intermediate):

    Demonstrates knowledge, training, and experience in documentation and writing to provide high quality products that will engage an audience and speak for the organization.

    Delivers documentation services in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. * Marketing Knowledge and Skills (Intermediate):

    Knowledge and skills in integrated digital marketing, broadcast and print production, promotional and collateral materials, as well as web and social media presence.

    Demonstrates attention to detail, timeline, deadlines, budgets. * Critical Thinking (Intermediate):

    The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgment. * Networking (Novice):

    Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals. * Customer Service (Intermediate):

    A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.
