    The Role: As the National Sales Director for the US, you will lead our sales operations across the country. Your role is crucial in driving our sales strategy, enhancing client relationships, and leading a team to exceed sales goals.     Requirements

    Who You Are:
    • Experienced Leader: With 7-10 years in sales management, preferably in the automation industry, you are a proven leader who motivates teams to success.
    • Skilled Negotiator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
    • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills, with a knack for strategic planning and performance management.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related fields. Advanced training in sales techniques is a plus.
