Jeffrey Crawford

Jeff is originally from Montana and moved to Ohio in 2006. After high school graduation, he enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Political Science degree. While at BGSU, Jeff was involved in many organizations, his favorite being the Vice President of his fraternity. Right before his senior year, he was deployed with the military, and he finished school upon his return.

Jeff started a career at a private marketing and sales firm near Toledo in May of 2014, which served as a springboard to founding Leomhann Enterprises in early 2016. His resilience and adaptability from his military training helped increase his success. Jeff has a passion for developing people and looks to pay what he has learned forward. He has made the development of self-motivated people his company mission. Jeff has hopes to teach as many people how to have the same type of opportunity before he retires. When people are development-focused, it results in better employees, better family members, and ultimately, a better community.
