- Directly lead overall sales strategy, initiatives, resources, and coordination in pursuit of Fathom's secured revenue goals.
- Directly collaborate with marketing colleagues in coordinating effective prospecting and pursuit strategies that win our next best client.
- Coach and develop sales professionals in core areas of new business development: understanding Fathom's brand, leading with a consultative and relational approach, understanding Fathom's value, and driving the progression of opportunities through the pipeline.
- Ensure appropriate team structures, systems, competencies and values are developed that meet and exceed team and company goals.
- Manage sales tools, resources, and suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
- Collaborate effectively with the leadership council team to align sales strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and revenue growth.
- Actively participate in strategy development conversations, contributing valuable insights and feedback from the sales perspective. Help shape the Fathom's strategic direction by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Meet or exceed individual contributor KPI targets, including secured revenue
- Lead by example and act as a role model for Fathom's culture and core values
- Act as a sales manager, ready to:
- Lead, guide, and mentor solutions consultants
- Create or assist in the development of individual business plans

- 8 or more years as a proven sales producer in complex, high-consideration environments, selling professional services.

- Experience selling digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, Social Media), marketing technology platforms (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), and the capabilities of each.
- Industry experience or knowledge in higher education, healthcare, technology/SaaS, or B2B services.
- Experience in developing strategy for attending sales events and trade shows
- Familiarity managing communications, activities, pipeline in CRM-related platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
