    Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.
    Arch is a Series A financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of 'portals'.Our purpose is to save investors' time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.
    We are a fast growing, dynamic company serving hundreds of clients, and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.
    The Role:
    We are hiring a high performing Director of Strategic Partnerships to build, manage, and oversee partnerships at Arch. Partnerships are a pivotal channel for expanding new business and deepening existing client relationships. Channel partners not only generate new business, but also enrich our ability to serve + delight clients. As Arch's first Partnerships hire, you will play a pivotal role in developing new partnerships, strengthening existing partnerships, and solidifying Arch's role as connective tissue across the wealth and asset management world.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and build new partner relationships, nurture and deepen existing partnership channels. Arch partners with peer technology companies, large banks, and other financial services firms.
    • Strategize / liaise with partners to showcase how Arch will create value for partner firms and their client base
    • Manage product priorities for key partners, coordinating across sales/ops, product, and engineering.
    • Own key aspects of marketing strategy including external client collateral, partnership press releases, and broader GTM engagement strategy.
    • Generate inbound warm referrals and strengthen the Arch product experience
    • Relentlessly build relationships

    • Can execute in the weeds, zoom out to the bigger picture strategy, and run a room of partners (sometimes all in the same day).
    • Ability to manage a diverse set of partner relationships, from the biggest banks in the world to the entrepreneurial sole proprietor.
    • Are organized, thorough, passionate – you're not afraid to think outside the box and get creative.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment – solving meaningful problems at 9:30pm on a Tuesday excites you.
    • Hustle, taking initiative, and going above and beyond are part of your character
    • You're comfortable owning material creation that will empower how Arch communicates with key external stakeholders
    • Thrive in an environment where you're enriching new relationships and also building new relationships from scratch; you're job is to enhance existing relationships, foster and build new relationships, and show organizations, from individual consultants to fortune 50 companies, the value in working with Arch
    Bonus points if you:
    • Have previously worked in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field.
    • Possess deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services.
    • Are familiar with the terms capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s.
