From a young age, I have been ingrained with strong values of sustainability, environmental, and intercultural respect, coupled with a fervent taste for travel and a fascination for the ocean.

I am a determined creative professional with proven skills in strategic partnerships, program & project management and business development. My greatest strengths include creating and enhancing key projects, developing and implementing key initiatives, driving traction, gaining engagement, increasing visibility, refining impactful events and initiating innovative ideas to grow businesses. I have great expertise in creative thinking, team leadership, negotiation and problem-solving. I'm skilled at forming relevant communication strategies and managing relationships with key partners.

I am thrilled and honored to have pioneered & spearheaded the first Sustainability & Innovation sector at the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York, with conception programming and production.

I have conceptualized, orchestrated and launched the first Sustainability & Innovation Forum at the FACC-NY, with keynote Speaker Lise Kingo, CEO of the UN Global Compact and prominent thought leaders from the private & public sectors. Achieved 300+ attendees, $40K in net income, and 20% increase in FACC memberships as a result of developing & implementing a 360-degree communication strategy, an effective action plan and strategic partnerships.

Following the Forum, I have spearheaded the first FACC Sustainability & Innovation Committee comprised of 10 to 12 C-suite executives and thought leaders to collaborate in building an enticing program of multiple sector-oriented panel discussions & networking events and develop this sector.

Throughout my career, I have enhanced multiple key projects, thematics & initiatives. I have led eight committees and forged strong relationships with C-suites, key stakeholders & thought leaders from the public & private sectors and diverse industries. While enabling me to be up to date on industry trends, it has taught me the efficiency of collaborative leadership, the importance of diplomacy, and the value of teamwork to make great things happen!
