End User Computing Desktop Services - Imager

Location:

Duration: 3+ months - Contract to hire after 90 days

PR:
$32.00/hr on W2

Job Description:

Position purpose:

The Windows EUC Imager Tech will be a member of the onsite EUC support team, with their prime responsibility supporting the imaging tasks for Windows desktop, laptop and mobile computing devices for End Users and Cast Members.

This will include provisioning of: New Hire / Break Fix / Upgrade / Refresh of desktop, laptop, and MAC equipment.

Includes device refresh, peripheral refresh, data transfer, install of additional applications when required. May include installation of external peripherals. This person will be responsible for Post Validation checks.

Where there is a need, this engineer may be asked to provide support to colleagues who supports Mac devices and other onsite services; such as deployments, equipment pick-ups, move support, and other projects

Essential skills:

Attention to detail ( Asset information must be accurate)
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Configuring and troubleshooting different levels of Windows OS (Win 7 & Win 10)

Required qualifications:

24 yrs of experience with IT
CompTIA A+ Certification
24 yrs of data migration experience with desktops, laptops and Mac hardware
12 yrs Prior experience and working knowledge of SCCM
Experience with Network configurations and devices
24 yrs. Experience utilizing the Microsoft Toolset for Imaging and staging
12 yrs. Ability to wipe and clean hard drives
24 yrs Experience and working knowledge of USMT for data transfers

Desired qualifications:

Working knowledge of Active Directory and secure LDAP
Working knowledge of MS ADFS * Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Very strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and higher
Experience with VPN/Wifi/IP/DNS, networking and other enterprise network technologies
Working knowledge of CrowdStrike security platforms
Experience with Bitlocker disk encryption
Tech Certifications (A+, Hardware, Microsoft certifications a plus)
