_Please note that this is a first-tier help desk role. It is an on-site position requiring Monday through Friday in-office attendance at our Hollywood, California, location. Potential travel to our Woodland Hills location is required._
Trailer Park Group is hiring a Desktop Support Technician for our IT department. The role involves providing technical support to users in multiple locations, including software and hardware troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include collaborating with third-party vendors for additional support and installing, upgrading, and maintaining both PCs and Macs.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide highquality hardware and software support to Trailer Park Group users across multiple offices.
  • Install, configure, and operate computer hardware and software at all levels.
  • Support activities include problem investigation, resolution, followup, continuous improvement, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines regarding client hardware and software support.
  • Responsible for maintaining software and hardware inventory, licensing, and warranty coverage information.
  • This role is expected to be available for oncall duty according to a predefined schedule. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
  • Must be able to lift to 75 pounds as needed occasionally.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of helpdesk or desktop support.
  • Strong skills with Mac and PC support.
  • Highly motivated, teamoriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • A great sense of humor.
  • Calmly operating within a fastpaced, actionpacked working environment.
  • Ability to work with internal customers and coworkers in a friendly and organized manner.
  • Entertainment experience is helpful.

OTHER NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Okta, JAMF, and Windows Active Directory.
  • Any scripting or programming qualifications or skills.
  • Experience at other trailer, print, gaming shops, or media advertising agencies
