What will you be doing in this role:

  • Responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while providing deskside support services to Cedars-Sinai end-users.
  • Develops comprehensive work plans and analyzes user requirements in a rapidly changing technology environment.
  • Maintains online and hardcopy technical documentation related to Incident/Request Management and/or project support in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Works closely with the EIS Technology Engineering Group and LAN Administrators to maintain the integrity of the CSHS network while implementing new projects.
  • Participates in product evaluations to ensure hardware equipment and software are compatible, remains current with industry trends and technology advances, and attends training and educational seminars as assigned.
  • Maintains a high level of work completion while maintaining consistent quality ratings via surveys.
  • Handles assignments at different locations throughout Los Angeles.
  • Driving between locations is a routine requirement.
